Join us for a FREE wellness walk with local women, coffee, community & local wellness vendors!
Join us for a FREE Wellness Walk hosted by KC Walk Club & Prairie Movement Physical Therapy! 💕🌿
We’ll kick off the morning with a guided stretch led by Samantha with Prairie Movement Physical Therapy, before heading out for an easy 2-ish mile community walk.
After the walk, we’ll head back to Prairie Movement for coffee and a mini wellness market featuring local businesses! Grab a drink, explore the vendors, shop local, and spend the morning connecting with other women in the KC community. ☕️✨
Come solo or bring a friend! All walking paces are welcome, and you don’t need to be a current KC Walk Club member to join us!
