Enjoy a conscious guided relaxation experience between waking and sleep, designed to help you unwind, rest, and reconnect. Very beginner friendly. Please arrive at 6:45 with a yoga mat, comfy clothes, and anything you'd like to bring to be comfortable lying on the floor (blankets, pillows, stuffies, eye pillow, anything!).
