Designed as a moving meditation for body, breath, and mind, each class blends intentional movement, grounding breathwork, and moments of stillness—all set against the ever-changing Kansas City skyline.
As the seasons shift, so do we. Expect thoughtfully curated flows that invite you to build strength, release tension, reconnect with your body, and create space for whatever the season brings.
